We supply and ship orders to customers within the UK, The European Union and Worldwide. Delivery rates vary depending on weight, size and number of packages as well as the invoice value for customs purposes.
We mainly use ParcelForce or DPD Couriers for shipments which are fully tracked and a signature is usually required on delivery of the stock. It is not possible for you to specify a delivery date and time. However, our standard delivery time within the UK mainland is next working day after dispatch. We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 24 - 48 hours.
Should you have any delivery issues or non-delivery by the couriers, you must inform us immediately on the day of the expected delivery—no later than 24 hours. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage, nor will we issue a refund, If notified AFTER 2 working days once the order has been dispatched.
Our staff take great care in packing the goods to avoid damage during transit.
All orders received BEFORE 11:00am are generally processed and despatched on the same working day but not guaranteed.
Orders received after the cut-off time of 11:00am will be processed and despatched on the next working day.
For UK orders we normally use DPD Courier service which is fully tracked and requires a signature on delivery.

FOR ALL EXPORT ORDERS, THE AUTOMATED DELIVERY CHARGE QUOTED ONLINE IS AN ESTIMATE RATE, A FINAL QUOTE CAN ONLY BE OBTAINED ONCE ORDER IS PICKED AND PACKED - IF FINAL QUOTE IS HIGHER THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE COMMUNICATED FOR BALANCE PAYMENT BEFORE ORDER CAN BE RELEASED. It is your responsibility as the importer to ensure that you meet your destination country's import guidelines and requirements before you place an order. The importer is responsible for ALL the associated returns cost should the customs confiscate or return the order to the sender for whatever reason. ALL costs associated with the returns procedure will be deducted before any amount is issued for refund. (If the costs exceed the order amount then the importer will be expected to pay the remaining balance).
